I just came of the break-in period (800 miles to date) and the oil level is between the low and high mark exactly where it was at mile 7 when I picked up the car at the dealership.

The owner's manual prescribes that the oil level should be between the low and high mark. But, I have also seen numerous posts where there is some contention on where the oil level should be.

Any insights greatly appreciated.

Theres probably only about a half a quart difference between where your oil is now and the high mark. Just make sure it dosent go under the low mark and you should be fine.
