New parts from Honda are pretty cheap, too - a couple bucks for the hose, less than a buck for each clamp.

You might want to replace the coolant line that runs underneath the throttle body as seen below:



Mine was leaking on my car and I had dried coolant in similar spots around my engine as you do. Very cheap and simple fix, just buy a foot long piece of some 5/16 heater hose and a couple new clamps and you're good to go
