Seems around every 4k. At 15% I change it out.

Mobil 1 10w30 full synthetic. OEM oil filter.

I top it off with an added quart around every 2500 miles or so due to consumption.

It is only common sense to me that 7500 intervals on syn is completely fine. If porsches, bmws, and mercedes are going upwards of 20,000 miles on full synthetic oil change intervals, 7500 is probably still overkill.
I totally agree with this statement. Every 3k with mobile-1 is a bit of overkill and at the price of Mobil-1, more like overkill x2.

I try to follow the maintenance minder, but changed my last oil when it had 15% left on it.
It was roughly 4,000 miles.
5W-30 mobil 1, OEM honda filters and crush washer.

6K miles service interval, Mobil 1 10w30 (not Mobile......thats is in Alabama), OEM PCX-004 filter and crush washer.

I had a UOA done @ Blackstone labs a while back. Same conditions as listed above. The analysis came back beautiful. All contaminants were below norm and they stated the oil looked like 4K mile old oil and could have easily gone another 1K+. That was good enough reassurance for me.

Currently @ 119xxx I change every 3000. Royal Purple 10w30, Honda OEM Filter.

I also change Diff and Trans Fluid every 3rd Oil Change. OEM Trans Fluid and Diff Fluid.

For those who think it is a waste to change so often... Come to Florida and sit in some Traffic.
