they wont come back for the rears. they dont want them cause they are too wide and the offset is too deep for other hondas.

i had my fronts stolen, along with seats, headlights, taillights, etc.

im hoping my black powder coating will deter future thieves since they wont have a matching set.

yeah, even 4-luggers will go thru the trouble of a 5-lug conversion to mount stock s2000 wheels. below are a few pics I saw on a prelude board, but I am not insinuating in any way that these were stolen!

2 months ago I had my top slashed and they stole my V1. The b*stards! But nothing else. And of course, I had the antenna stolen last fall.

You might want to be sure to post this if you have no already in your regional forum for the Bellevue WA area. If they took only two fronts, logic would have it that some other S2000 owner in the area may also wake to find their two fronts stolen, then the asswipes will have a complete set of four.

alarms really dont do much. they will just come the night before, clip the wire to your horn, then come back and take the car. well, thats my experience anyway...

Thats why the alarm I'm looking at using doesn't use the car's horn. They can clip it all they want. . You can get a pager with the Alpine alarm that works for about 1 mile. Would be good if you have to part your car in the street or parking lot if you live in a condo or something.

I don't know what would piss me off more: that they stole my front two or that they didn't take all four. With the prices Honda would quote my insurance company I could get a nice set of SSR GT1s.

I got a set of rears last month for $350 OTD, so $175 per tire installed/including taxes. I'd think the front tires are $10 or so cheaper.

Prices really picked up lately. Six months ago you could get them $25 cheaper.
