When do you match revs?
Well, heel and toe doesn't work for me because I can't rotate my ankle in to 10-4 O'clock position. So, what I do and I have seen it done be race car drivers is rotate to 11-5 position and roll the ankle to blip the throttle.
Oh, I don't double clutch either. It seems to take way too long to shift when I try to double clutch and rev. matching. Rev. matching is enough to make the shifting into gear fast and smooth without lurching.

Not a problem. To match revs is to give the throttle a little "blip" when you are in neutral when downshifting. If your blip is good, your the revs will not jump up when you release the clutch in the lower gear. This eliminates the lurch when downshifting. Here is how to do it, if you wanted to match revs into 1st gear:
