when does vtec kick in?

If you are, then what the heck is wrong with you?
Rev it up to 9000 or at the very least 8000 on 1st or 2nd and you will feel it.
Don't let an obvious answer spoil your vtec experience.

you are right it is 5.5rpm.
but when i had vtec controller in....i saw that the stock tach is off by one hundred....so it kicks in at 5500 but on my tach when it reaches 5600.....i luv it when i run some1 and take it to redline and it flickers* hehe.
