I cant think of replacing the S anytime, it is such a special car. But, I can see supplementing it with an Element (probably pre-owned). Wifey already has a CRV and it would be nice to have a car that I can carry my stuff in like bikes, etc ......

I can't envision any circumstance under which I would get rid of this car...four years and counting! I never get tired of driving it. Plus my three other fave cars are out of my price range (Porsche Carrera, Aston Martin DB9, and the Mercedes SLR McLaren).

Replacement of the S2000 is a bit too far off on the horizon to speculate on... I rate it a long term hold.
I do know, even though I have sworn I will never be caught dead riding along in a Cadillac, some day I will be - involuntarily. Sobering to think that my very last ride will be in that sort of mushmobile. Now, there is a great idea: an S2000 modified into a hearse configuration. Yeah!
Pardon the morbid observations, but I am 66 years old, and recovering from the third of a series of back operations. I blow out lumbar disks the way a 1933 Ford blows out its old tires.

^ If it were an XLR V-type that wouldn't be too bad, J.
