Default where can I get OEM keys?

do you guys know where I can get OEM keys, besides from the dealership?

Bought the car used so I only had one key. Any info would be appreciated.

And is it difficult to program the key?

Have you tried your local Honda dealer? Good source for anything that is Honda OEM. Good luck.

Do you mean the key, or the remote?

I don't think the key can be programmed -- it is the ECU that must be programmed to recognize the key and the remote.

When you originally get your keys, there should be a little metal tag on the key ring with a code on it. That's what you're going to need to program new keys with the car. I'm not sure how the process is if you don't have that code.

I m pretty sure you can only get it from a Honda dealer. Any reason why you just dont go there? They will need your one key and they can find the key code with your vin.

Try finding a blank on ebay. My dealer charges 30 minutes ($35) for programming.

Make sure the key you get is a Honda key with the immobilizer.

Locksmith wanted $55 but got from dealer for $30 , Honda Carland Alpharetta GA.
He also took the radio serial # and looked up the radio code for me for free and gave me the key code #.
