WHere is the winter parking sticky?

This forum has the WORST search feature of any style of forum I have ever seen. I cant find this winter parking sticky I read roughly 1 month ago. Can some quickly direct me to it?

I'm gonna agree with that. The search function on this forum is ridiculously useless.
