12 with my right on the shifter.

 

Almost always at 6 and my other hand on the shifter if I'm in traffic.

Only time I drive with two hands is on curves I'm taking fast like on back roads. Or if I'm on the highway on tight construction type lanes with ppl on both sides of me.

 

pretty upright while sitting (broke my neck in 05) so im basically always in proper stance/position and left arm on door and hand on the 9.
