Me and my son Adam.

Sometimes, because of work or the weather, I have to bring it to Honda, but in terms of trust its only myself and my son. Its our car.

Trust myself. I once took the van to the dealership for a tune-up, specifically telling them to NOT change the oil (because it's not an OE engine, and thus requires a different amount of oil - although it's weird cuz they tuned up a 300ZX engine, but put oil for a Quest engine ). It ends up they did an oil change, with less oil than required. Thankfully, the [low oil] light lit up 2 miles down the street, where I topped off at a gas station. Thank God nothing serious happened.

Now, I only change my own oil.

change my own oil.. and I've learned how to change it on the S2000 without putting it on a lift, or doing anything else to it.. use Mobil 1 synthetic, and so far using a Fram synthetic filter(XG3593A)

If you don't, or can't find the time to, change your own oil you are just plain lazy.

I don't mean this as a flame, but this statement is just plain wrong. Some of us have other obligations in our lives such as earning a living and raising kids. In the scheme of things there are things in our lives that are as important as spending time maintaining our cars.
