I had mine replaced by Hayward Honda. I didn't make a fuss -- just showed it to the service director, explained what _I_ was doing to maintain it, and he said he'd talk to the regional service rep. He did, the rep OK'd it, and it was replaced as a "courtesy". IOW, I was polite, but knowledgeable: knew about the TSB, had my muz mat and muz roll, used my Plexus and Meguiar's, and asked politely if they wouldn't do their part. And they did.

oh, I told them about the TSB on the window, and I tried it already. The guy wasn't giving me a hassel over it, he was actually being nice about it. I think the reason he asked me to get some people's names and dealers that did it, is so that he wants to know for his person information, and to convince his higher boss.
I'm also asking for the list because that way it's kind of more pressure on them to do it, since they don't want to lose business to another dealer because of this stupid service.
It's better for other S2000 owners as well, so if any other bay area S2000 owners get fed up with their window, they can simply go there and say hey Tom (me) replaced his window here, and blah blah replaced their window at blah blah dealer, that'll make it more helpful to others, seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
anyhow, I'll let you bay area guys know if they replaced my back window, incase if you guys want to go do it too.

My rear window had defective lamination and was replaced for free.
Here's a thread that includes information about it:
