Default Who has a rear trunk strut bar?

I have the mr alex one ..man it was hard to put on.. so if you have one you shall know that there was already a stock sway bar bolted on the frame and you would have to take that out first and leave it for storage.

Not ANYMORE! i was too curious and i wanted to havce both of them on so with a lil modification and 30 minutes it worked.

but with one bolt on each side instead of two.remember to bolt them on the higher hole and not the lower. it now sits higher. so you have the alex on the bottom and the sotck sway bar above it. but now the padding in the trunk sticks out a little bit.. sorry no pics yet.

i have all the pars possible for my s2k and i can feel my chassis even tighter with it on again.. oh yeah after this mod you wont have the spare tire anymore fitting in the back

was gonna keep it a secret but hey im a nice guy

Highly doubt it does anything to stiffen your chassis. The factory one is adequate enough.

there really is not point in REPLACING a bar that is already there...by adding additional strut bars to places that don't have it can prolly improve the overall stiffness...but replacing a bar will most likely do nada.

My answer to your original question is: EVERYONE.

I see no point installing a fancy after market bar in place of the original, then covering it up. The only thing sillier would be two.

I'm glad Cusco makes worhtless crap for us all to buy. Only a matter of time before we all catch on and stop buying and Cusco goes out of business!!!

Hopefully the next business will research and design a functional bar/brace for us to buy!!!! And post "dyno" graphs online of their bars so that we can all proclaim that this purchase was a good one! "My reat brace netter me 3 Whp at the apex of turn 3 at Virginia International Raceway, so everone, it must be worth it!!!!"
