Who Knew Service Like This Could Exit!!! Must Read!
Today, I finally was able to get my car aligned after installing my Mugen coilovers. I have Work Meister wheels and the last 7 places I went to (dealers, tire shops, performance shops) could not mount the sensors to my 18" Work Meisters... so no alignment and I continued to wear my G-Force T/A KD tires badly...
8th place: ALBANY CITY HONDA (New York) also could not affix their sensors to my wheels... their solution:
They rolled a brand new 2001 Black Stook in, took off the wheels... aligned my car with the stock wheels and then restored each respective wheel to their original car. UNBELIEVABLE! Plus, they only charged for the alignment, nothing more! (I did get my differential fluid changed as well).
I have never heard of a dealer (or any other service shop) offering anything like that... I will now bring my Stook and Focus there for absolutely EVERYTHING that I cannot do myself.
Because I was so stunned by their "customer service solution", I immediately went out and got a huge gift certificate to the Olive Garden for their entire Service Department...

Try going to a shop that specializes in Big Rigs and RV's. I'm sure they will be able to help. My Accord has 18" on it and I searched for days to find a shop that could align it without having to change back to stock tires.
