Who modified their airbox?
I know we've discussed this in the past, but I thought I'd bring it up as many of us will be receiving Mingster's JR filters this week.
I'm thinking about using a dremel tool to cut out the partition in the airbox for better flow. (yes, I have tons of free time)
For those who have already done this:
-Would you do it again?
-Does it create the screaming noise like when the airbox cover is off?
-Is there any practical benefit?

-I never ran with the airbox cover off, but it was bit louder
-dunno
Zoinks, modified the air box to allow for the K&N. Only required cutting some of the fins in the airbox second chamber with minimum change, so I'd definitely do it again.
The barrier between the sections of the air box as I understand it are to act as a trap or barrier, I doubt I would remove it. Can't imagine much if any gain.
