I've tried that... the windows go back down when the top goes up.. just as when the top goes down the windows go down.

I think its a safety thing for the windows when you put it back up.. So they wont break when it slams back down right before it meets with your windshield.

Top Down/Windows UP for me if:

1) Driving on the highway at high speeds
2) Using phone
3) Excessively hot/cold weather (helps keep heat or A/C inside cabin
4) Forgot my hat...

I don't talk on my phone when I'm driving. A 3" header-back exhaust makes that impossible. I NEVER roll my windows up. Me and my friends always make fun of the convertible Porsches, Lambos, Vettes, etc that ALWAYS drive around with their top down and windows up so they can call their stock brokers on their cell phone without their $75 hair do's getting messed up. If you have the top down, what's the point of having the windows up? Get off your phones and pay attention to the road! :-)
