Default Who's got the first s2000?

I was just wondering who's got one of the first cars and curious to hear about any problems if any. The last part of the vin# would be appreciated, mine is 001941.

At least he won't have to deal with American Honda to try to get them fixed

Tell me about it. I went in and told them that my clutch peddle felt loose and they told me that it was normal for the car, they didn't even check he just gave me a bunch of bull. They want to charge me for the remote key! I got the first one at my dealer and they didn't know how to operate it or make it work so they told me they would take care of it at a later time ( three and a half years later)

I'm running in 002024 and no problems so far....I do kinda worry about the CV problems I've heard about because I'm nearing 30K...

this has been disscussed before here. There are some users with low vins here.

I have MY00 #159 and I know there are a couple users here w/ lower vins.
