Why are Audi owners so jealous of the S2000?

Maybe he meant the R8R Audi's Lemans winning race car. Too bad none of their street cars have the power and technology that the R8R does...

but, if not, that's like saying why doesn't honda put their 2.0 Litre turbocharged CART motor (making 800HP) in a street car??
you're wanting a manufacturer to have their "street" vehicle match the power and technology of a specific-purpose race vehicle....that won't be happening anytime soon.....BY ANYBODY!!
Obviously there will never be R8Rs running around on the street.
What I meant by this, was it would be nice if Audi made some "lightweight" "SPORTS" cars with "POWER".
The best car in their line up is a wagon that isn't available in the US (RS4) but that isn't really a sports car. The next best is the RS6 but the current RS6 is auto and wagon only. The S4 is powerful with mods, but still 4 doors, still too heavy, plus it looks like a sedan, boring. The only "sports" car is a TT and since I own one, I know it isn't a sports car. It's a pretty looking GT car.
I'd love it if Audi made a hot 2 door, lightweight, convertible, all wheel drive SPORTS car with some balls. Seems like that is only coming from the Audi owned Lamborghini and the Audi racing department.
