It is nice to show up for an S2000 meet with the only car of your color. There are 4 Silverstones in my town and I'm the only Sebring.
Dealers demanded Silverstone because it is a "Safe Color", anyone looking for an S2000 would be happy with silverstone if there were no other options. Unsafe colors are Yellow and Red. Some people refuse to drive those colors. Car manufacturers know this so they produce more in those safe colors (Silver, black, gunmetal, and white) although white was a rare S2000 color, I think that's because white was never a popular sport car color. If half the S2000's were white no one would want white.

If anyone has actually done their homework they would know that rio pearl yellow is by far the fastest and best handling of the s2000 lineup.Not to mention it requires an owner with above average self confidence and social graces.
