Well for basketball is doesnt matter what colour they are, if they are good they are good. They get paid to win the game. In this case, we pay for our cars, and never stop paying. I would wanna pay for a colour I like =) Its personal preference, Im just one of the few who will never in my life buy a silver car.
True but everybody bashes on them like they suck.
So what if some of us don't have an insane budget and have to settle for something a little cheaper because its common? Its not like its a horrible color or really ugly or anything, they are just easier for people on budgets lol.

If anyone has actually done their homework they would know that rio pearl yellow is by far the fastest and best handling of the s2000 lineup. Not to mention it requires an owner with above average self confidence and social graces.

+1
My criteria for buying an S2000 was: clean title, stock, runs good, 1 owner car. The car I happened to find was Silverstone. Color really didn't matter to me. But it works out really well. My stock Silverstone AP1 flies under the radar and still looks clean when it's dirty.

And to add to this point...If I buy a sports car it would have to be a flashy colour.
Silverstone AP2's look decent, but Silverstone and Berlina AP1's are pretty basic and wierd looking. Even more so without a lip.

Obviously Apex Blue is the fastest color.

Fact: CR = fastest S2000's
Fact: Apex Blue = CR exclusive
Therefore: Apex Blue = fastest color.

Back on topic - a stock S2000 is a beautiful thing. I still think most mod's sacrifice too much or aren't done properly. The car doesn't need to be modded and therefore can be appreciated as is.

I'm with you, I love Rio Yellow, and its the color I'm holding out for. Silverstone is way to common. 80% of the time when I see an S, its silverstone

Hey, there was a post on here a while ago with a chart showing the paint colors for each production year............in '06 Silverstone was the rarest color that year.
Not so common, eh ?

My first S was MY01, Spa Yellow/Black. It now belongs to my daughter. My current S is MY07, Rio Yellow Pearl/Black. At some point I might need to get a MY08 or MY09 Laguna Blue Pearl/black or maybe a MY05 Grand Prix White/Tan (or if I strike it rich, maybe both! I think I'd like to have all three!! But then I'd need more garage space.)

I like the Apex Blue Pearl but am not too fond of the yellow/black interior.
