Hey guys, anyone ever think your cars a piece of crap because they think its a honda miata?. Is it just the retards around me or what? I get the comments all the time from tuners and such. some dude with an r32 acted like my car was a slow pos and was laughing at s2ks and i was like uhh dude thats my car. His car was stock and he knew nothing about even his.

Recently my buddy wanted to bring his car over to my house (its not running) but wanted to park it in the garage. I live in a somewhat high theft area (cars already been stolen from out infront of my house over night). and someone called my friend and said "dude your friend wont park his s2000 outside so you can park your car (240sx) in the garage? haha thats gay."

what the hell? is the s2k any lesser than the r32 or 240sx? all the guys I hang with look down on the s2000 for one reason or another. I somewhat think its a good thing so people dont do crap to it in jealousy or anything like that....but I just stupid or something and think my car is better than an r32...or a half way complete 240sx with an sr20 swap??? what the hell???

well any comments like that going your way??

 

next time you should show the kbb value of a 240 and r32 to these peasant friends of yours

Yeah man...you are in SoCal.... probably the most S2000 dense area in the country. Just go to a meet and hang with S2Kers.

 

s2000's are far and few over here in palmdale... if I drive south a little ways towards LA things get better tho. So its not just me? I didnt speed 4x as much for a lesser car? lol

I have never heard ANYTHING good about my car or comments what so ever around here only bad and negative. Its kind of weird. Guys in really old si's flip me off and stuff lol. What the hell is going on?!?!

 

sux buddy. Over in philly I only hear nice comments about my car (totally stock too). I always find it funny when I happen to pull by a cop and he compliments my car (has happened three or four times).

I"m sure I"m a little biased, but I would say anyone talking down about the S is just jellous. I get a smile every day on my daily commute thanks to mine and that is really all that matters.

 

Thats a bummer. Anyone I talk to that knows a thing or two about cars always talks about how sweet the S is.

 

i knew nothing about the s2000 and always thought nothing of it until my buddy got one. the more i learned about the car the more i loved it. you just need to educate your friends. and tell them to stop being jerks lol. who cares if their cars may be faster, ladies love the s

Palmdale must have a lot of haters or something??? I know there are quite a few of VW guys out there (had a few friends that lived there for a while) and we all no VW guys hate Hondas (well most of them do)
