I've heard it's closer to 280hp and that's been de-tuned for tire life. Bike weighs 320lb I think.

Why does Honda have to follow the path of others? Honda has always been know for its technological superiority and engineering innovation. Producing a production 240HP NA 4 Cylinder Engine that has a 9000RPM redline while still maintaining efficiency and long term reliability is nothing short of amazing. Why must Honda fix something that isn't broken?

You can never be satisfied. Even if Honda slaps a turbo into the S2000, it makes 500HP and 500lbs/ft of torque, has 19" wheels and cross drilled rotors, etc etc you will still whine and bitch. Why not a V8? A V10 Twin Turbo? Why not make it complete with the Ferrari Enzo? Hell lets give it some flippers and make it a damn submarine like in James Bond. Shit Honda should add a Flux Capacitor!

I guess the only thing i can say to "why doesn't Honda bump up HP" is that they are trying to improve performance the right way not the easy way.....u get it?
