Why the lip?
Why do people add a lip to their car if you don't have side skirts or strakes?? IMO just having a lip doesn't have that finished look. does anyone else think the same? So why do YOU add a lip?

I have seen a lot of people with lips and not skirts or strakes. The OEM lip is so minimal that it doesn't upset anything, but adds a bit of aggressiveness at the same time. Heck, the side strakes are so minimal that you barely notice them when they are there anyway.
I am in the market for an OEM lip now for the slightly more aggressive look and I will not be adding any skirt or strakes afterward. Personally, I don't like the look of skirts at all, and I don't notice the strakes so I wont waste my money on them.

I think the AP2 overall looks better without an OEM lip. But I got one to cover up all the dents/scratches on my lower bumper.
Now the front of my car looks great. It's just the side-view that looks funny because I don't have anything to balance the "aggressive" front.
