why s2000 is better than 350z?
OK well, heres everythign I think.
First off, I think you care to much what other people think. WHO CARES what other people think.
Next, I was going to comment on how bad your post was, but at the time I thought you were some dumb kid trying to be cool. But I read threw and it is understandable.
Next, I think you already have the better car and you should keep it. Spend that extra money on mods.

Great post Jeff_S_K. Let me add this in....

S2000
Designed by the same engineers who designed the Championship winning (6 times in 9 years) F1 engines for such greats as Prost, Piquet, and Senna.
Designed by the same engineers who designed the Accura NSX
Hand assembled in the same factory (HONDA's Premier Tochigi Plant) as the NSX.
Limited Production.
Only Front Engined Rear Wheel drive Honda Roadster available since the S800.
Has been on Car & Drivers 10 best list for both model years.
Named to Road & Track's Best both model years
The Engine has been named by Wards as one of the 10 best both years of production.
Has a perfect reliability score in Consumer Reports as well as rated as a best buy and named most fun to drive.
Is consistently compared to cars that cost upwards of $20,000 more and beats them.
The Car
SUPER rigid high center backbone X Frame design. Derived from a Colin Chapman design (Lotus). Is as rigid as many coupes. This allows a stiffer more highly tuned suspension without the worry of chassis flex.
Four wheel double wishbone suspension which is derived from the NSX design.
Showa gas Shocks with the rears having a remote resevoir.
Four wheel disc brakes with ABS.
Special design Brigestone S02 tires.
Electric boosted power steering.
Integrated roll bars both behind the passenger compartment and in the windshield frame.
Excellent crash worthiness.
Recaro Seats.
Alloy pedals perfectly placed for Heel/Toe shifting
50-50 weight distribution. The S2000 is really a mid engine design with the engine mounted in front of the driver but behind the front axle.
Dual airbags.
High Intensity Discharge (HID) Headlights.
Big Red Starter Button!
All controls within fingertip reach of the Steering Wheel.
A minimalist design geared towards giving the driver the closest thing to experiencing a Formula type single seat race car for the street.
The Engine and Running Gear
The highest specific HP per liter, naturally aspirated production piston automobile engine in the world. 120HP/liter.
The highest revving production piston engine (car) in the world. 9000RPMs
Quite possibly the best engine size & weight per HP ratio of any naturally aspirated piston production engine.
With all this performance it is still rated as an LEV
VTEC on both intake and exhaust.
Forged pistons
Forged Rods
Forged crank
Hollow Cams (for lightness and oil flow to the valve springs)
Valve springs and main bearing material derived from the championship winning CART Engines.
Roller valve train
carbon fiber/metalic ceramic cylinder liners.
Chain/gear driven cams
Split cam gears for zero backlash and low noise
Hand welded and formed stainless headers
Nutless rod design
Girdled main bearing carrier with cast iron inserts.
Tapered wristpins for light weight
No ballance shafts
Individual Coils for each cylinder
Die cast aluminum block
Die cast finned aluminum oil pan
Die cast finned aluminum Transmission case
Die cast finned aluminum differential housing
Torsen (torque sensing) LSD
Pressure fed oil circulation in transmission
Just about the best shifting 6 speed ever made.
Ferrari-like RED Valve Cover.
HONDA RELIABILITY AND BUILD QUALITY
Performance
0-60 in under 6 seconds
1/4 Mile in under 14 seconds
60-0 in under 115 feet
Slalom at over 70 MPH
Skid Pad over .9 G

I've deleted my unrelated posts in this thread to keep it on topic (ie. not having people read through all this junk to get to related material), and I suggest some of you do the same...
Anyways, Sunny, I suggest you think long and hard before you make your decision. I know you all too well, and I know you've got "sudden impulse syndrome". The reason why the 350z is so attractive right now is b/c it is a new car, and you've had your S2000 for 2 years. Just think back to when you first got your S2000. That initial new car feeling will go away with the 350z as well, and then what are you going to do?
That being said, in your situation, the 350z MAY be the better choice. As a daily driver, the 350z has much more room and is a little bit more practical (while still maintaining the sports car feel that you so desperately need). So if you are planning on going on many trips this summer, then the 350z might not be a bad idea.
I think once you break it down though, it just wouldn't be worth it. Losing $10k on the deal, and getting a car that sells for less MSRP than your's? The choice is yours bro...

I have had the pleasure to drive both the 350Z and The S2000. - The 350Z was just purchased by a buddy of mine and he let me take a run - the return favor to him will be this week, I just got my S2000 today. After running both, I know you have a tough decision, by for what its worth, the S2000 is a keeper - 350Z will be as common as, well if you forgive the pun, rice. Please don't take that as a racist crack. It's not. (Different thread, different problem).

Note that he's "0 days" and he's sick of reading about this sort of thing? He's also bragging about how good he is in English and other subject? Notice he has no real city listed for a location? Owns a Spa!
There was another bunch of usernames also exhibiting these characteristics. The same guy went by:
AAABBBCCC, EnigmaticS2K, yellafever. All were banned. I think he's back. I'm surprised he hasn't told you all to "SHUT UP!"
This guy was banned on 4/16/03 under "YELPWR" before that he was "YELLOWPOWER". Personally I think he enjoys seeing if he can start a fight and then responds with threats. He displays alot of mental illness in his posts.
Anyway, good luck

What do you mean by saying the S2000 is a keeper, while the 350Z is as common as rice? ie. Do you mean there will be more 350z's on the road than S2000's? Oh and as for banana/yellow whatever, I wouldn't be too worried about his threats. Threatening to have a bet on who writes a better paper is just
ing gay...
Anyways, I think it really does come down to your own opinion/preference. Both cars are excellent, and both have their strong points. Sunny, the question you really gotta ask yourself is: What are your future plans? If you plan on going on many road trips, I gotta say the 350z is much more spacious/comfortable. The practical thing, of course, would be to get a sedan, but I know you don't want one just yet. Make the decision that you know you won't regret...
