You people realize by now that the amount of time it took to read and write all these post will more than make up for the extra keystrokes to type StooK about 1000 times

Stook StwoK S2K S2000 its still the best car in the GD world whatever way you call it

IMHO (when ISN'T it IMHO???) -- "stook" is about as asinine as some other board's "Mister Two".

Its "S2K" for me. "Ess-too-thow-zand" is a bit longish to have to say in conversation twenty times.

This won't make me popular, but I rankle similarly when people name their inanimate possessions. I don't know, but it just strikes me as something that very lonely people do...

-- begin anecdotal evidence --
Way back in university, word got around in my girlfriend's dorm that I was good with computers, and once or twice a week, something in bunny-slippers and a long T-shirt would come to her door asking if I could come take a look at her "Max" or "Chip" -- he (why always masculine, I don't know...well, maybe I have suspicions) wasn't feeling like printing lately. Invariably, it was the booky wallflowers that had given their machine a name...
-- end anecdotal evidence --

I have not heard the word in a looooooooooong time.

Especially with all the teenagers that drive STOOKS today.

Who still goes to Auto part store and says "I need a (part name) for a 2000 honda Stook!"?????????? You know who you are.
