I don't see how as long as you have an effective air filter in the flow. If the intake requires that you remove hoses and/or other equipment you may be out of luck...

Find another dealer.

For the billionth time, nothing voids your warranty. It can however be reason to deny a claim.

For example, if you have an intake and your electric window fails it is unlikely your claim will be refused (at least on that ground). However, if you get hydrolock as a result of water ingestion and you have an AEM intake then your claim will be refused (And quite reasonably too).

^^^^like he said, Is not void but they'll refuse to fix anything on the engine....
Engine wise...YES specially if you're already over 36,000....
