One missed factor here I think.

It's one thing to fit well enough to drive it.

But can you enjoy it for a 1-2 hour jaunt?

Great thought. Long drives where cruise control is not possible is murder on my ankle given the angle I have to put it in. It’s not so bad now that I’ve lost a bit of weight and sit lower in the seat. I would recommend a longer test drive in city type conditions to see.

Short answer... yes. However you will need to remove the soft top permanently.

The other option is slim fast and maybe look into amputating your shins.

It's gonna be tight. I'm 6'3, 190 pounds soaking wet so I'm thin, and I felt big in that car. You're taller and bigger than me.

If it's a Sunday car you may be fine, but you'd regret buying this as a DD.

I can drive my 06’ a few hours and then I start to get uncomfortable. Driving around my area though is no issue and I’m 6’4” and I weigh around 235 most of the year and get up to 250-255 in late fall / winter. I feel dumb getting in and out, and driving it because it probably looks ridiculous but it’s just too much fun.

I'm probably the shortest guy on the forums at 5'4" and I can say that I get uncomfortable after two hours, but it is usually just my lower back. I am just so used to having 6 way power seats to get the feel just perfect so the S2000 seat feels like a bag of sand to me. My car is usually just driven around town so <20 miles round trip anywhere is the norm. My girlfriend won't ride in the car because she feels claustrophobic even with the top down.

My friend is 6 7 and 225, I gave him a ride one day, he has to place his legs at an angle otherwise his knees will be against the dash. His torso fits under my hardtop though. I don't think he can fit in the driver's seat due to the fixed steering wheel

No your can’t fit

if it was an emergency and you had to get somewhere and the s2000 was the only available car then yes you can probably drive the car. But in normally day to day driving I would saw no you can’t fit with out hating your life.
