Wind diffuser between seats

Wait... MY00's didn't come with wind deflectors? I have a MY00 and it has one... so I guess a previous owner installed it?!? I never knew this!

I believe they started adding them on the later MY00 models. Regardless, youre lucky and I want it lol. Not having it makes my car feel dated. Not to mention my plastic rear window

It was an option that had to be ordered in the earlier years of this car.

i think the center blocker works moderately well. I actually put some lexan into the roll hoops to increase the wind blocking at lower speeds. It imo works up to about 40 mph, and a little better when the windows are up, which makes it easier to be top down in "normal driving" with girls in the car.

The real issue is the windshield - if it was more steeply raked there wouldn't be so much cabin turbulence since you'd be more tucked under it.

I have the taller insert and it makes a ton of difference on the highway and on especially cold days.
