Wind noise on softtop
Well here goes like the title states, im hearing wind noise (on highspeeds) coming from the top of the rear glass window. i press with my hand the top left corner of the window "frame" and it stops making noise , (or reduces conciderably)
any idea what could this be? or how could it be fixed? i would think the glass is not "attaching" it self to the softtop frame correctcly? but not sure .....
I'm the second owner of this 04 with 18k miles , and purchased of a non honda dealer... do i still have warranty if i take it to honda dealer? (if this is nessesary)?
thanks a lot IA for your help and time

There are supposed to be two pieces of velcro on either side of the window on the top (under the top piece) that are there to muffle the top at speed so you don't hear this. First thing I'd check is to see if the two pieces of fuzzy velcro are still there, and if they are, if they're laying flat or if they've gotten bunched up. If the velcor isn't there, it should be covered under warranty.
Hey Gab, the top needs to be adjusted. There is a nob right un the "fuzy hairs" behind your left shoulder (driver) and right shoulder (pass), that needs to be turned in order to adjust the top. I wouldn't do it myself, I'd have the dealer deal with it.
There's an adjustment knob for the soft top? I did not know this! My top was interfering with my driver side window and dealer said there are no top adjustments. They adjusted the window (fixed the problem, though).
Alex told me that if you adjust one side, you are affecting the other side and then you have another problem. You wouldn't want to start adjusting and throw all out of wack and then you've got a mess on your hands.
I'll take a pic of the knob in a bit.
