I just noticed today after washing it thoroughly that the trim is looking blotchy and not smooth like it used to. This has only appeared recently and the passenger side isn't as bad but still somewhat noticeable. I have been using 303 on it prior and just did another application however I still see these spots on it. Any suggestions?

 

Use meguiars. Been using it since day one. Have none of those problems, dont be cheap

 

303 isn't cheap

 

I was drunk, I have never used 303. But Meguiars has never let me down, I put it on everything I can put it on, including my top which is the orginal one, no tears or worn out marks. (except for the typical 2 spots in the corners where the bars rub, but I patched it on the inside)

 

You could try the Honda shin-etsu grease which is made for the seals.
