Default windows won't go down

OK.. so yesterday my windows just stopped working. Neither one goes down with the switches on either the driver's door or the passenger door. They don't go down when I put the top up and down, either. The passenger side makes a little click when I hit the switch, but nothing happens.

So far I've tried flipping the driver's side window lock back and forth, and I've checked the two fuses in the dash labeled psg window and dr window.

any ideas before i head to the dealer?

Clicking sound usually means relay. Hopefully someone else can confirm my suspicion.

Hmm, if it was just the drive side, I was gonna say hold down the window switch all teh way until you hear the click. Had it happen to me once when the windows resetted on me, once it they stayed up, and once they stayed down. Passenger side is a mystery. Give it a try, worth a shot.
