Wife just called me at work and said that the windows won't go up after she put the top up. I had her lower the top again and put it back up. Top is fully up and locked, but still nothing.
Has anybody had this problem? Any suggestions? BTW just got the car last week and don't have an owners manual yet. Ordered one last night from Helm Inc. Also ordered the maintenance manual, should've opted for the electrical troubleshooting manual too.

Try the window lock button. It's between the mirrors and window switches!

 

The manual may not help you here. If both windows don't work, try checking the corresponding fuse (next to driver's left ankle). Or the lock switch.

 

I had her try that also, still nothing.

I'll have to check it out when I get back home. I'm out in San Jose until next week. Looks like she'll be driving the Explorer until then.
