Would love to hear the answers. Driver's side of the rubber has always wanted to back out on my 06.

let her in the sun for a while, heat it up, and flatten it out. seems to work for me. I only have to do this every so often.

I heated it up with a heat gun, then taped it down. the next day pulled the tape off and no more wrinkles

Conedodger just posted a link to the Service Bulletin. Print it out and keep it with your shop manual. There are several other SBs in the forum library.

I had the exact same issue with my newly purchased 04 (Have had the car less than a week). I was going to see if anyone has had luck with the dealer doing this. But after a good solid day of heat (90 here in DMV). Everything settled down on its own. I guess I will have to deal with this in the winter. But for now I didn't have to do anything.
