Got mine yesterday, just got thru putting it in and you are correct. fits perfect, no visor no nothing.

Well, I can tell you having a double circular folding heat shield does double duty. The double round foldable spring makes for a nice fit on the S2000's windscreen. When you fold it (yes it is a trick to learn) it is smaller than the stiff fitted ones mentioned above. I gave up on the fitted ones. Too bulky. The circular ones can instantly go under a seat or behind the seat ( I use the pax seat) and this is the double bonus: it makes a great seat sun cover when you park with the top down. I also use my ball cap to cover the CR aluminum shift ball from becoming nuclear in the summer sun.

As a seat cover, the super size model works great. It fills the entire compartment. I only paid $10 at Costco.
