Windshield squirters
Bought a Seibon hood and had it painted. Body shop told me to bring in old hood for exact paint match. I asked the body shop to take squirters out of old hood and put in new hood. They took squirters out off old hood. When I went to pick up new hood and old hood they handed me the squirters. They said "one has a green dot and one has a blue dot and we don't know which side is which". Does it matter? I would think the dots are there for a reason. Any help you can give will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
It shouldnt matter but check the length of the squirter hoses one may only be able to reach one squirter hole so that would make it easy but if all else fails trial and error couldnt hurt
good luck

Yes, there are holes for the squirters. There are, however, no holes for the plastic clips that hold the squirter hoses.
For the record, I tried the squirters in both holes - both worked fine. Apparently Honda put the 2 different colored dots on the squirters just to confuse old farts like me.
Also for the record, prior to painting, it took 2 days bodywork to fill the pin holes and low spots in the Seibon hood but the hood fit perfect.

The left and right nozzle do have different part numbers. http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/j...WASHER+%28KA%29 It probably has something to do with angle or spray pattern. Shouldn't really matter. They should be easy enough to swap.
