May have a new project for the weekend!!!!

anyone have horror stories from this or is the only downside that there may be a minor paint issue underneath the tape?

Thanks for those great tips s2ksleepy...

As soon as I saw your post I went to my car and started working on those tapes. Mine took 10 mins. to rip off excluding the cleaning...Though there wasn't much residue left...

It looks much more complete like this especially with the Hard-Top on.

Looks much better with tape on.

Our windshields are really upright. Like the Ferrari F50... has black on its windshield because it too is upright.

Having it body color (sans black) accentuates the rather unattractive uprightyness of it all.

IFF with a hardtop 24/7, would I take it off.

uprightyness
ROFL! Anyway, I think it looks better without the tape even though you're right, the windshields are pretty upright.

Careful guys!

I did this to my spa and I did have some pretty major paint defects under the tape

First of all the paint didn't quite match right... but more importantly it looked like someone went at it with sand paper in various spots. I had to take it in and get it repainted.
