Windshield Tape Removed

I like it with the tape off, but I'm reluctant to try it on mine.

Just did it on my '00 NFR and the paint was flawless. It took me 1.5h to do but this is my 2nd windshield and some of the glass cement was on top of the tape so there was some extra work to do.

Just did this, this morning. So happy not to have w two toned car anymore...all one color. By the way I like it looks fine with the top up as well. All other convertables I've seen usualy have the area around the windshield the same color as the car, (ie miata, mustang,...)

I've known about this for quite some time now. But I have a Berlina. And from what I understand Berlina's don't have the tape. I wish there was since I have a scratch on it.

did mine the first week i had the car. paint was messed up in two spots but i blame it on the adhesive removed i was using. .because where it was bad is where i rubbed the adhesive remover to get glue off.

3m scratch remover took care of it.
