I've been wanting to do the tape removal thing for a while and you guys are just egging me on...

BUT, one question before I do it, has anyone here removed the tape and found the paint had a bunch of flaws in it? I've heard that some of them didn't get sprayed very well. In other words, there wasn't a lot of paint coverage in that area.

Did anyone experience this when they took the tape off?

when i removed mine i used an adhesive remover. 3m, in a metal can. and where i rubbed the remover is where the glue was really stuck on there good. so i dont know if it was really stuck on good because of poor paint or if the adhesive remover damaged it, but everywhere i rubber i got a dull spot.

the fix was some 3m scratch remover. cleaned it right up.
