Windshield Tint Ticket
I got pulled over the other day for "speeding" but i know i wasnt going fast enough to get a ticket. He ended up writing me a ticket for the Tint i have on my front windshield. He said if i take it off, take a picture of the car without the tint and the used tint and bring the picture to court, i will not have to pay the fine. Ive been looking around for a picture of a used tint but i cant find it. I was hoping someone could please point me in the write direction to a picture since i dont want to take it off and pay to have another one put on.
What % do you have on the windshield? I think your best bet would be ask a tint shop if they have any used tint around that they've removed from a car. Take a pic of it if they haven't thrown it away. Then, edit a pic of your car in photoshop to lighten the windshield (or just take a pic with some clever lighting/angles).
Hope that helps. I thought Florida had pretty lenient tint laws. FTP!

Thought it was illegal to tint the windshield...
In GA, you can have a waiver signed by a doctor for light sensitivity reasons though.

It is illegal to tint the windshield put i had 35% put all around since in CT it was ok but i moved down here to Florida. Again if anyone has a link to a pic, that would be awesome
Is it a moving or non-moving violation?
Moving: Remove and do what you have to do. *Reapply after settled.
Non-moving: Pay the fine and move on.
And regarding the photoshop/picture suggestion... Why are you giving people such potentially shitty advice? "Your honor, I have with me an image of my car printed from my home computer!" Good luck with that
*If you're going to run your car with an obvious illegality, remember that courts keep a record. Hard to play dumb the second or third time around, y'know?
