Haha, nope - picked it up sans hardtop from an elderly couple

Just tossing this out there...

There is a free trial download of a software that will even go so far as to edit the picture's metadata for the location/time taken. Takes like 10 seconds. One could also drive a different car to the courthouse if they didn't fix it.
Am I really that old school that I thought you were talking about developed prints from a roll of film?

But honestly, WTF are these suggestions of bring a different car or doctor photos? This is a public forum, can we at least keep it legal for the sake of the site's integrity? Traffic court or not, if OP is under oath, it's perjury; if OP is not under oath, it's obstruction of justice or contempt of court. Doctored photos is falsified evidence. For a, what, $200 fine?

Odds are he's paying the fine anyway if it was a moving violation (ie. NOT a fix it ticket).

If you want to play the game of choosing which laws do and do not apply to your car, you have to accept the consequences. Pay the fine and move on. I can't count on both hands the number of tint, front plate, and city sticker violations I've had. I consider it my annual cosmetic tax.

I saw a couple asian kids with these on the other day. I thought they were simply wearing a visor incorrectly. Guess not.
