Pin in the nozzle is the way to go.

We have windshield washer ? When do you use it ? How do you use it ? I need to read the manual to see if the car has some features that I never know it exited.

well, looks like this has been a little known adjustment till now...i guess i can fix it this way...a very small regular screwdriver fits in the nozzel...i have tried to just move the nozzel downward and it seems not to budge..i will try the pin idea. thanks
