Here's the thing about communication. You write it once and it gets read hundreds of times. So the more effort you putting into encoding it the less everyone else has to put in decoding.
When I see someone using 'B4' and 'C U latez' it says to me that these people couldn't be bothered formulating a decent question, so why should I provide a decent answer.
