Winter Car Wash?
I have to wash my car. It's about 20 below here, and my car has some salt on it and other crap on the under carraige. I cannot go outside and wash it myself so I want to take it around the corner the MOBIL station where they have these "Touch Free" car washes. Do these impose any kind of danger to my car? The wheels, or paint finish primarily? If anyone has ever went there, please let me know because I would hate to scratch my car out of pure laziness. Thanks.

the touch free washes use high pressure... not good for your car- the finish or the top.
can you use a heated garage? (dont use a hose, but use water in buckets to wash inside)
or doesnt it warm up enough outside at all?

GO TO A COIN WASH, AND HOSE HER DOWN. THEY USUALLY HAVE WARM WATER...AND YOU DONT HAVE TO GET WET, AND CAN HOPEFULLY GET IT GOOD ENOUGH TO SATISFY U UNTIL IT WARMS UP A BIT

Come over to my garage. I got a hose hooked up to the warm water =)
Washing is a breeze cause the waters warm...but drying is agony. The water gets so damn cold so quick you get frostbite pretty fast.
