I agree do not start your car every couple of weeks. A build up of condensation and acid would be the end result, also your stock exhaust will rust out faster. Top your tank off, condensation can form on the inside of the tank. Run the car for 20 or 30 minutes to heat-up all of the lubricating fluids to drive out moisture before storing and don't forget to run your air conditioner, those seals need to be lubricated too ! !

Current prevailing wisdom is to NOT start the car periodically while in storage, unless you are planning to drive it. I think it was the motto from some oil advertisement once, but it's true, "Most engine wear occurs at engine start-up". This because the oil is sitting in the pan when you first turn the key (or press the button). Therefore, the less you start your engine, the less wear there is on it.

Also, modern radial tires do not get flat spots from being stored in one position, however you may want to roll your car a few inches periodically to insure the rotors don't stick to the pads.

Exhaust system in the S2000 is not stainless steel (I wish) and it will rust.

Take your battery out, store it somewhere at room temp, charge it once a month.

Plug or cover any parts of the car that might be tempting to mice (air intake, exhaust tips). Beware of putting out rodent poison; if a mouse eats some of the poison, then climbs into your car and dies there, the smell will be horrific. Using kill traps is safer, as long as you are able to dump out the dead ones once in a while.
