I just spoke to Gav of GavSport and he seems like a decent sort of guy. I gave him a link to this board so he can talk about the upgrade. It was designed to fit the Mugen (MF10 I believe) wheels.

It will be interesting to see if the standard master cylinder can move the fluid to push those calipers. I guess we won't know until the engine is back in.

BTW, what a hot S. Literally if you look at the underside of the bonnet (hood for you guys)

Seriously, I've seen that car and it's awesome. It has a custom HKS turbo and Motec engine management. At the time it was running at 6 psi on a JDM spec (11.7:1) compression. 350 hp at the crank, about 300 at the wheels. At the time it was mentioned that the engine was going to be rebuilt for some more boost so it will be very interesting to see the results.

I'd sure like to find out more about that car and the turbo kit it had. Did you notice from the picture that the car doesn't have the heat lining under the hood. You can see some weird black marks on the lower left had side. Wonder if he took off the lining to save on weight, or if it just didn't come with it.

It has a one off custom kit by BD4's in Gladesville NSW Australia. Not sure of the turbo size but it's a HKS. It's a JDM import, hence the higher compression.

13" rotors will not fit in stock 16" or anyone's 16" wheels . Large calipers increase weight , but don't improve performance . They will increase pad life if pads are larger than four piston or 2 piston or one piston . Total surface area of all pistons on one side will determine clamping force on rotor not number of pistons . I can not tell by pictures if rotors are directional, but if they are , they look like they have been installed backwards. Also I would recommend bushings and safety wired bolts to hold rotor to hat . It would be interesting to find out weight of all parts associated with this conversion. From pictures it looks like thickness of hat material moves wheel out between 1/8" to
