Default Wolo Air Horn Install Problem

I wired up my horn compressor exactly like it says to do in this link.

http://www.wolo-mfg.com/400%20english.pdf

The horn compressor gets no juice when hooked up like the diagram using the relay. I hooked the compressor up to the horn wire and ground to test it and it works fine.

Any ideas why this won

Here is how they should be installed. So if you are not getting the voltage to the compressor, then there is a wiring error to in the relay.

86 should be to ground. With 86 to 12+ AND 30 to 12+, the relay will never engage. Also I assume that 85 is connected to the wire that is connected to the OEM horn. That is 12+ when the horn botton is pressed.

Haha I just cut some 16 gauge wire, ran it to the wire for the stock horn, and mounted everything up. 120 decibles, no relay's or fuses. I love Pep Boy's.

Sorry...So just to be clear.

Ground 86 and leave everything else the way it is in the pic?
