Worn out center console pieces.
These silver pieces are just factory painted. Kinda wish I had opted to repaint mine vs replace as you can see factory paint imperfections on even brand new OEM parts. There's a very good interior trim paint by SEM that will make this stuff look new. If I ever need to refurbish any of my factory silver pieces I'm going to opt to scuff & repaint with SEM vs buying new. If these parts were molded silver it would be a different story.

I used it to paint the silver plastic panels on the upper backs of the seats. Works great.
Wraps work really well on the area you guys are talking about, esp if you want something more easily removable/temporary. Just take of the pieces before wrapping them. I have an extra set so I swap them out somewhat often.
Here are some things I've messed around with.
FAKE CF WRAP
ALCANTARA
REAL CARBON FIBER WITH UV PROTECTION
SEMIGLOSS BLACK PAINT
I know it's kinda lame but I honestly think the flat CF wrap looks the best with what I have going on. Even over the expensive carbon pieces I had hand made. Although I think a solid textured paint would look great too. Dark gray or black. Or even red if I changed my door inserts/shift boot.
