Would you want "syncrorev" in the S?

I'm personally not a fan of the 370z but I think the "syncro rev" is pretty cool.

While I enjoy heel toe down shifting I think it would be nice to have the "syncro rev" in the S for when you're just too tired to heel toe.

Do you think having it will take away the pureness or enhance the sportiness of the S?

And lets face it, not all of us can perfectly rev match every time. Lol.

No.

Yeah, it's faster and more effective, but it takes away the originality of a standard gearbox. Might as well drive an automatic.

I would LOVE to have this feature in the s2k, but with one major IF.....IF it could be shut off with the flip of a switch, hell yes. Daily driving, it would be a great feature, but for canyon carving, I'll do it myself thank you.

Too tired to heel/toe ? How much effort does it take? If you're that tired, you shouldn't be behind the wheel.

I know what you meant...it read funny. My vote is to pass on syncro-rev-matching. I'm also against electronic throttles, adaptive cruise control, self-parking, automatic transmissions, paddle shifters, etc etc etc.

I vote to keep cars old school....but with air bags.

Syncrorev ruins the point of a standard transmission!

yes. the synchro-rev is pretty f'ing awesome.

If you don't like it, 9 times out of 10, you haven't driven the 370z with it.

After taking one of the time attack guy's 370z around a track with it, it was pretty sweet. Especially knowing I could turn it off if I wanna be a elitist purist.

there's only one thing that it's worse than "synchro-revs"... and it's called "automatic transmission"..

oh wait.. there's something even worse.. "chauffeurs"

And you'll never be able to if you don't practice.

Once you've got the touch you've got it on every car you own afterwards.
