Wrecked the car, what now?
Update guys!!! After the price of the Wheels and Exhaust, insurance company deemed the car a TOTAL LOSS. After paying it off the remainder in hand is about $19K. What's your opinion of what to get next? Right now I'm looking at a GPW CR with a buy it now on EBAY for $34.4k. I'm thinking that, Evo IX or X, used C6 Vette, waiting for the new 370Z?
hmm not too bad with 19k. I say get a c6
thats what i want next anyhow, but if you still have the s2k bug then the CR would be a nice upgrade too. As far as the evo unless you need a awd car and a 4 door i say stick with a rwd 2 seater while your young

Aaron, thank you for directing me to this thread.
Ryan, so sorry to hear about this, but simultaneously ecstatic that you( or anyone else) were not hurt.
Wrecked S2000? Driving impressions afterwards? I can talk from experience.
It doesn't sound like your car was damaged suspension-wise, however, that doesn't mean something wasn't bent. Alignment machines do not always tell the whole truth. Besides, the first time you feel something that you didn't pay attention to before and you'll be screaming that it's not the same.
The above is a moot point since they're totalling it. What's to keep you from buying it back?

I had an old accounting teacher that used to say...."if you can't sell it, burn it."
Honestly, I don't think he was trying to be funny...he was serious as serious can be.
BTW I do not endorse my accounting teacher's message.
