yellow or black/red?
just wanted some opinions on what people think look better...ive seen few yellows look amazing never seen a black/red wondering how it looks in person compared to a yellow?!
Either color is great. I've never seen a black one yet. However, from my experience, black is the hardest color of all to keep clean. I mean, they all get just as dirty, but because of it being black, the dust and dirt starts showing up right after the car is cleaned.
Yellow is IT, has IT and will get you IT.
The cops like red too, so you may as well get the color that shows the car's lines the best: Spa Yellow Pearl. In the sun, the pearl iridescence is absolutely stunning.

yea i like yellow probably more and ive never seen a black on red leather BUT again i cant afford the cops anymore!

black/red is an absolutely beautiful combo. Classic, sporty and refined. The problem is that it's also a real mofo to keep looking good.
spa yellow is an amazing color. i love mine and am glad i took the "screw what other people think and i'll worry about the cops later" attitude in getting this color. be forewarned, it isn't without issues either. while i have no personal experience, others on this board have had major problems getting paint to match after a ding/scratch/boo boo. the other thing is that yellow does show dust (at least compared to silver) and seems to attract bugs.
imo, yellow doesn't look good on many cars. this problem is compounded by the fact that many manufacturers (read BMW for one) make fugly yellows. the s is an exception in that the yellow is perfect and the car looks stunning in this hue.
good luck.

If you want a color that in my opinion shows great lines is the silverstone. And it hides dirt well. I happen to live on a dirt road. *Ugh* Too bad they started making them that civic and accord silver....(down boys, it was just a joke!) Although I hear they are bringing it back in 2003......

silver is a great color but my bro has one! so that choice is ruled out ive seen red and white and they look good but nothing impressive.....from my own experience yellow looks the best but then again never seen a clean black or a black on red at all so its a tough choice! my last car 99 Eclipse GS-T was silver and it was really low maintenance as far as keeping it clean but i think i can manage that part since ive had a black truck as well (land rover) its hard but worth it when ur done waxing it and you can see your refelection in the paint
but then again black takes out the detail of the car! id anyone has any pics of a yellow and/or a black on red leather could u post 'em!
Thanks
